Shipping & Delivery Information
For deliveries in Nairobi, PKAM Mobile Solution will charge a standard flat-rate fee of KShs 200 within the city for any parcel equal to or less than 5.0kgs. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, PKAM Mobile Solutions will charge a standard flat-rate fee of KShs 500 for any parcel equal to or less than 5.0kgs. In any case, if the item is above 5kgs, the item may not be eligible for flat rate shipping or the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat, or email.
Upon delivery, It is your responsibility to check for any defects, damages, or missing items. We will not tolerate any returns for defects, damaged products, and missing items once delivered and accepted by your signature.
For orders shipped in Nairobi, In case any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you may return the order immediately to our delivery crew and get in touch with our customer support team on OR +254 716 556891 within 12 hours.
For orders shipped outside of Nairobi, if any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you can temporarily hold on to the order and get in touch with our customer support team on OR +254 716 556891 with 12 hours. Our support staff will get in touch with you with instructions on how to send the order back to us.
Delivery Methods & Delivery Time
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order will ship within 1-2 business days. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we will ship your order via any of our preferred major carriers, including G4S, Wells Fargo Courier, and North Rift Parcels.
Deliveries will only take place from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays. We will notify you in case of any delay in delivery.
In case you prefer to pick up any order yourself, you have the option of collecting it from the store. Let us know and we will direct you when we call to confirm your order.
